Hi Bernie,

I wanted to thank you for the referral. I couldn't represent her at the hearing as I do some work for one of her former employers, but I appreciate your effort.

Also, I have a quick question. I and several of my relatives have been receiving inquiries for a company called International Missing Heir Finders, LLC. They have stated they located a deceased relative with an estate and want the relatives to sign an agreement to pay 35% of any estate they locate on our behalf. Are you aware of this company? Does this sound legit? Thanks

Johanna Sigmund was a 25 year old Springfield Township native when she was tragically killed in the attack of 9/11. Each year a number of Township residents run the NYC and Philadelphia Marathons to celebrate her life and raise funds for St. Malachy's School (a wonderful elementary school in North Philadelphia successfully educating poor children) in her memory. There will be a team of runners present at the Springfield Community Day 5K race. We will have a table set up to learn more about Johanna and the fund set up in her honor at Community Day. We will also have t-shirts available for sale, with proceeds benefiting the school. Please help us remember a young life too quickly ended. Johanna was the only Springfield Township daughter lost on 9/11. 10 years - NEVER FORGET. Visit www.runforjohanna.org for more information or contact Ina at 215.233.2757.

This whole day is about remembering 911 and people just like those who died on that day-Emergency Services Personnel as well as everyday ordinary citizens who became heroes on that day. We have people just like that in Springfield Township who would risk their lives do save others. This day is for remembering the fallen and honoring our own community!

Hi,

I was wondering if the day will have anything "remembering" 9/11 since it is the 10 year anniversary. Lots going on in NYC and the memorial? Just wondering?

Could something be incorporated to honor those fallen fire/police from NYC?

Thanks,

Joan Parsons
